Fairly clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was great just off the center, a Shaw's supermarket, and restaurants nearby. It had decent food, really kind and very good staff. The check in was efficient, the room was fairly quiet with comfortable bed and refrigerator, for instance.

Overall it was an excellent stay on this second visit. The location was favourable, convenient to everything that's around, convenient to go everywhere.

The folks working here were welcoming. The food was great with a lot of alternatives.

Loved this hotel, had 1 great day here. I was offered a room with particularly nice views of garden. There was a fairly clean bathroom with a shower and hairdryers. The staff was welcoming, the service was friendly, they shared some useful information.

Luxurious and nice hotel in a safe area close to beautiful Sturbridge, a restaurant, and a Shaw's supermarket, wine cheese and chocolate shop. Comfy bed, large bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge in the room. The staff was really good and the setting was favourable.

The venue is fairly clean, with marvellous and easy location near to a Shaw's supermarket, Wells State Park and Westville Lake and Sturbridge attractions and dining. The room is reasonably spacious, bright comes with microwave and comfortable bed, for example.

We had a great stay here! The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the room was comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the sitting area and the convenience of free toiletries. The location was also perfect for us, with easy access to on-site parking and Wi-Fi.
